yesterday
Totally makes sense @DingoTsv .
Remember the COVID days? I was living in Melb so we had very very strict restrictions here. I live on my own, and I was working from home.
IN order to combat the isolation, I had a very strict routine to get me out and stay well.
I started with a walk each morning. I had 3 sit down (away from work) meals a day, I had an evening walk..
In retrospect, it was one of my healthiest times.
In the job I was in, I was always in meetings so that was a sort of 'social' side of things.
Do you like walks?
Oh, I have to admit, I'm not that 'good' anymore... I don't exercise or eat well, which I know is not good for my MH.
