Hello @NatureLover
and other members visiting this thread
While, at the moment, the circumstances are distressing, I am very pleased when you and other members visit, participate and, I hope, feel comfortable in this space.
Thank You,

Hello @Former-Member
and other members visiting the "Hangar"
Thank you so much for your observations, support and affirmation, @FiFi85 and that of other members, in this and various other threads.
From whichever perspective or direction we come, we sometimes question whether we are on the right path, or even in the right place. It has taken me nearly 12 months to progressively find my place on the forum and there are still times when I wonder .....?
There are members for whom I have developed a particular fondness, styles that I enjoy, interactions with others that I very much appreciate and value, in the way that their friendship is supporting and nurturing, offered to others as much as I, likewise, receive.
There are, on the other hand, members with whom I find I have much less, or little at all in common, discussions in which I have no interest and styles of correspondence in which I have no wish to engage. That is, indeed, the reality of life in any environment, place or community. And in those areas, I endeavour not to intrude and would like the same respect and courtesy offered to me and others, who may think and function in ways that are not necessarily the same as, but are complementary with those of each other and my own.
I have established four threads {I think} on the forum, of which two are currently active, being the "Hangar" and the "Food and Beverage Choices ..." threads. I have been quite firm in how I would like conversations on those threads to proceed, in order to protect the style for others who may also enjoy the threads and the style in which they are conducted. Why should we all be the same?
Correspondingly, while endeavouring to fulfil the role of Community Guide, to the best of my ability, I also interact with members on other threads and, while I offer what I can, I do not interfere, or intrude in the way that the members participating in those threads engage and communicate with each other, especially when the style or topics have no appeal for me.
I try to be careful about how I engage and correspond with other members, realising that none of our styles suits every other person.
Like you, @FiFi85 and others, I have been upset that a number of my posts have been removed with the recommendation that I modify them if I wish to re-post. Sometimes, not always, I have acknowledged the reason. One post, I simply modified, though the information could in no way have identified me, which was evidently the reason for its removal. But it would have detracted from the value of the post to have taken time to challenge the reason. So, I modified it and re-posted. The modification made only a small difference to the post, so everyone was close to being 'happy'.
I guess what I am saying is that I can choose to be here, or not to be here. However, I don't always just "roll over" so that I can stay. I can also be very protective in defence of what I might consider to be "our territory". But, I've had to learn the rules of the game in order to "keep my head above water"; to stay afloat in this pond. I am sure that the idea of "our territory" may offend some people, but there is enough space here on the forum site, and anything that may be so considered, takes nothing away from others, unless their desire for control, according to their own wishes, of all "territory", becomes all consuming.
If I can assist others to be able to give what is appropriate for them to give and receive as much of what they may need, as possible, I will be content.
With My Best Wishes

Hello @Emelia8 and @greenpea and @Anastasia
@Emelia8, I am hoping that you are just up for a drink, but I fear otherwise. I noticed your presence around the support buttons.
It appears that @greenpea is feeling sleepless also. From what you have said, you have been unsettled too.
Just noticed your presence, @Anastasia . Gosh, the whole household is up.
Yesterday, {Monday} I went to Geraldton for a Dr's appt, a haircut and some shopping. No problems, just new scripts needed. But after a hot day and taking tablets late, I have not gone into sleepy mode yet. As you are aware, I have been occupying myself with forum responses.
Amazed that, even here, there has either been panic buying or blockages in supply, or both. Some items are out of stock on shelves and there are restrictions on numbers of various items. I've also had problems with supply of one of my medications. That was just before Christmas.
I hope that you will both be able to get some rest tonight.
With Best Wishes
@HenryX

Hello @Anastasia , @Emelia8 and @greenpea
I have a cold chocolate drink beside me.
Actually, "It's an ill wind that blows nobody any good". Might say it took me a long time to untangle that expression to make sense of it. But the delay in medication was for AD's. However, as a result of the delay, it was necessary for me to reduce my regular dose significantly. {Don't think that I can be more explicit, though there is a reference elsewhere, I think.} While I have attempted the same before, with rather disagreeable results, this time I have been able to carry through. The positive being, as long as nothing untoward happens, that there may a continuing positive. For the reason I have already mentioned, I recommend against such action. However, in this case, I had little or no choice.
Fingers crossed that the positive persists. And I now have the regular supply in case I need to recover ground, so all sorted.
In Geraldton, the panic buying was apparent, but I do not think that there will be a problem where I am.
I'm off to bed now, since it is nearly 2.00 AM
Cautious about familiar terms but
Hugs back also

Gosh @HenryX sorry that it has already been playing out. I am however happy to hear you sound like "you're in the right place" to manage the reduction.
Oohhh I haven't heard this...
"It's an ill wind that blows nobody any good".
I like it and yes, yes, yes!
Sleep well and thank you for your friendship Henry
I'm up having a tea, no point in tossing and turning. Last night when I had a feeling and sat on the couch from 2 to 4am my feeling was accurate. I have that feeling again, I hope deep in my soul it's just my anxiety...
Night all, sleep well @greenpea @Emelia8 👋

Thanks @HenryX @Anastasia .
Hope you are all tucked up and asleep by now @HenryX . And I'm really happy to hear that a short supply of your ADs may have resulted in something posituve, and unexpected. Fingers crossed it continues.
Hey @Anastasia I just made a pot of tea too, after giving up on sleep. Gosh I hope your feelings re your Dad are wrong this time. Sitting with you, and having a quiet reflective cup of tea. 😔🌺
