Heck yes @SmilingGecko love a good shake down!! Like a dog shaking after getting out of the pool, and adding in some vocals helps too - just a big ARGBLEARGHBOOGALOOGEDA 😅
@avant-garde fun fact, using our voice, like singing, chanting, humming, actually soothes our vagus nerve!

Trauma induced neurodivergency, not autism, I started showing neurodivergent traits when I was 7 or 8.
I've never actually met anyone with this diagnosis before, but it makes a lot of sense! I think the work of Gabor Mate touches on this - his book 'Scattered Minds' posits that ADHD is a way of the brain coping with trauma, and not actually inherited. I don't 100% agree, but it is still very notable, that crossover of trauma symptoms and ND symptoms.

@avant-garde You will be ok. You got some take-away to tuck into! I have to cook something!? Don't always like cooking but some days I'm inspired. Haven't had take-away since the pandemic started. Anyway its good shedding tears it will get whatever it is out. Sometimes people can't cry. Here is a beautiful song to shed tears to ❤️ I played it to my ex-brother-in-law once and he broke down and cried in front of me.

Dear @avant-garde
So years ago when I had 30 yrs old energy I met a lady who had a 2 year old child called Elvis. I said for her, okay, I can clean for you every fortnight for free but you can give me two very nice dinners for my husband but as usual --very quickly, she began using me for cleaning her home while she lay around , I cared for her 2 year old and herself. The food she gave me was the bottom of a beautiful meal ......
All because she told me how ill she was because she was getting the iron transfusions. I was horrified, that she and her husband owned homes around where I live, I cleaned for her once a fortnight while she lay around crying she needed iron transfusions.
It was like as if, she quickly took advantage of a great situation for herself in that she got a free clean home once a fortnight plus I babysat for her then ide listen to her as she complained constantly about getting the iron transfusions. I ended up getting very annoyed and walking out.
i ask you to take advantage of all your support precious @avant-garde even starting with your Gp and sane forums. Being able to move on from a difficult time shows real strength and character. I believe in you ...
