@tonys bro you’re gut-brain axis. It’s a human biology thing. @SmilingGecko will back me on this.
Are you allowed to eat plain yogurt at breakfast and sauerkraut with your lunch and dinner?
Smiling Gecko what are the other good gut bacteria fermentation foods?

@Glisten I used to drink kefir and kombucha which are great for gut health.
They are available from supermarkets like Woolworths, Coles etc <images of kefir and kombucha>

Hey @Glisten @tonys I just signed up for a vedic homam for the new year. They are a sacred fire with offerings to propritiate the Gods for an auspicious New Year. I got into them through someone I used to know who educated me about agnihotra (a similar thing to homam) and FARMING! Yes you got it right farming!!!
There was a couple I knew of that acquired a piece of infertile land with bore water and the soil was really bad. They performed sacred fire ritual daily and the ecology and biosphere was totally transformed.
Farmers used to come far and wide to ask what on earth they were doing with their soil because they achieved the impossible with lush vegetation and harvests?! It was all down to agnihotra.
I have sacred fire offerings when I can.
This is what they achieved on the farm called "Om Shree Dham" using agnihotra. It goes back to the beginnings when they acquired the property and the rapid transformation of the soil. Its a very inspiring video of what can be done with agnihotra even if you don't believe in the vedas or know anything about it.

Yep @tonys World is messed up bad.
Yep Its wiser not to sugar coat truth unless talking to small children.
We went opshopping for grandson. I was glad my son agreed and got into the spirit of it. The other side of the family actually agreed too, and immediately nodded when I said it was better than the junk in the shops. Even so I felt guilty and bought a couple lego boxes new so he had something brand new. He played with them but I was unimpressed and thought they were poorly labelled re age appropriateness. SO I said "bad present, sorry".
Its a great idea to use your words, you do have a gift with them.

Hello @Appleblossom op-shops are amazing. I was glad you were able to get something for your grandchild but Leggo is kind of universal in my belief and crosses age-range barriers so don't be too hard on yourself. When we were young we used to have things to build with like Leggo called Meccano and Capsella.

I'm doing my visionboard today for 2024 using free online downloadable software. It will keep me busy. We used to just use magazines to cut things out of and paste onto a large sheets of paper. My friend used to host gatherings for things like that as well as pampering evenings using massage, reiki and foot spas as well as channelling. She was an amazing channel. She was also an aromatherapist. I miss those days!

Such beaut replies. Well I know it serves know one to die in a ditch over things but enough collective thought, Nations have been built with less. Its a comfort to know I'm not the only one. The children should be spared, but comes a time when we have to say, when is the time right for truth. Perhaps thats what is meant by maturing.
@TAB you said it so much better than me..
Thankyou all and I promise, my last words here on this through the festive season. We all work so hard to be happy and deserving of reward.
Not sure, but I think all I put forward is that from this day , I'll be happy in spite of Christmas. . . not because of it. Least till the winds change.
Peace to all.. @Glisten @SmilingGecko @Appleblossom @StuF @Blackbird11 @Shaz51

..made me think of mum putting bowl for Save the Children on table for Christmas Lunch @tonys then told us not to put anything it it ..
I used to try and make fun of her religiousness.
After she died , my sister found some of her notes from theological college in 1950s. Heavy stuff. And she swapped it to marry some 'continental' immigrant farm worker and live on farm having kids and trying to keep snakes out of the house.
I felt silly.
