Go for it @Historylover I explained I was just starting out with my garden and had a whole lot of nice people send me some seeds.  You can return the favor when you have extra seeds. I use discount stamps from the post office for pensioners to post my letters with seeds etc 💓

not a good day,  can't concentrate and head is all over the place. 

Since my son left home I find it so hard sometimes where I don't know what I  need to do and get angry so quickly, can't open jars and drink bottles and can't read labels on packets and forgot to put bin out and, just can't shake the thoughts in my mind.

do you have those magnifying glasses you get at chemist ?

do you have a jar opener ? can buy them ? best one for new jars is turn upside and thump bottomo fjar with heel of hand couple times, if no 'pop' of seal breaking, carefully put something thin inbtween lida nd jat should break seal

 can leave top off once open, just use gladwrap and rubber band 

or just buy screwtops or things that are easy to open ? not sure if i heard situation re son leaving.

Well familiar with all that, @saturnzoon. My pet hate is opening the toilet cleaner cap which requires clamping the side of the cap while turning it. Every time, it's a saga. I manage everything else, but I've been doing it for a long time and am well practised.

OH   @saturnzoon That can't feel too good at all.   Welcome to the world of us.   That doesn't help does it.        Has your son run away.   Nothing I tender to you will come close to assuaging the grief you feel.

The bond between mother and child.  Approaching spooked deer would be easier.  So all I can say is my heart felt thoughts are for you,  I am going to have a looksy for other posts about your troubles so I can hopefully get a better understanding of you and your troubles. Please try to hug the sunshine for now.   What is to come,  is to come.   The journey for you to that place must be made with eyes of hope,  and hope sometimes invites the path you desire.
