@Appleblossom Thank you for sharing the article. FOIs were part of my previous job. Good governance is about being as transparent as possible. I look forward to reading the outcome of the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal next month.

@Appleblossom The media will cover the VCAT decision and the government response. I don’t think you’ll be able to avoid it

Thanks to you I've seen it now. @Appleblossom . My memory is not real good, But I seem to remember Jeff Kennet savaged the MH system in Vic, and its never recovered.
They all hate the light don't they. Its the cockroach DNA.
On a brighter note. . How the hell are you anyway Appleblossom. Really missed our banter, as well as your buffet of carefully selected seminars. Missed a heap of posts while I was out to it.
I guess if your thumbing through the Guardian, then your doing alright.
You know what. . . You'd look good in... Teal. Think I heard a chuckle.
Take care, My friend.. Thinking of you . tonys..

Dear @tonys
Re Teal ...lol ... kind of wrong burb mate. Those gals are over in the flash inner east ... I am now far out west ... near the old poo farm ...
The only inner east I lived in was around Abbotsford in streets with factories...lol
Can we have more colours mods .... just joking
Great you are back on the forum. Learning to banter is on my todo list. Need it for my social engagement project but I do have standards ... only with people I see eye to eye with on a few topics and feel some simpatico. Hope your health is bearable.

Hi @Appleblossom . How are you this fine day. Teal . . . no. I'll see what else we have got on the rack. I liked to imagine those colours that are meant to be the symbols of so much more than a post code, were beacons to illuminate a higher thinking, but then I tried integrating into mainstream and well, . . like most things in life, nothings what it seems.
I'm glad I'm autistic. If my crazed, rose coloured glasses ever fell off, would the truth of all things be
too much.
Anyway, Still in hospital. making good gains. Looking out the window past the cell phone fog and seeing my little farm in the hills. Soon appleblossom, soon.
Very best wishes tonys.
