Was gonna go to a localishhh ... art therapy session ... but the lady did not get back to me ...

maybe it means I should join my friends locl group ... and not bother about the therapy bit.

How much should we focus on it... how much to let go.

Ya know of course, that my ruff tuff language ... is a bit of 'taking the mickey' of... all the ladies carrying on too much about the Queens English ... or ruff as guts ... I was caught between a rock and a hard place with them all. Very used to biting my tongue.

Talked to alovely lady today and she showed me 2 books made in Israel ... wont say more than that.. one old friend on this forum .(think it was Lisa ... not sure if she is still here). told me I dont have to do UN diplomacy ... but God it feels like it has been necessary in my life.

@TAB Yes.  its a tricky one. 

We all have personal histories and family allegiances.  It puts the Social into the PSYCHOSOCIAL.

I can only engage with who is willing to engage. It was a music rehearsal but she was generous offering her home for us to meet. I had not expected her revelation.

It was weird yesterday I travelled back over familiar ground from the 1970s and 1980s, but in also in current time.  So many memories and houses lived in, so I dropped in on old uncle.  Cant live in the past, but if we do not reflect on history we are doomed to repeat it ...

I am being more blunt and direct when I encounter rudeness and polite when I someone also is polite.  I have spat the dummy.  There was room for a lot yesterday.  Also chatted with black friends in NSW and Africa online.  Lovely well educated young men.  Lucky Apple.
