Good morning everyone @TAB @MDT @Appleblossom @Patches59 @tyme and anyone I have missed.
Still having sleeping issues waking up in the middle of the night. Not feeling the best these days. Just baking some bread with leftover eggs. The eggs are within the best before date so will use them all up and make another loaf tomorrow. The bread is low carb a much better option than store bought. I just need to regroup and find some calm. May do some yoga later on today to clear myself. I have to accept my constitution has been weak on previous meds

Morning @Former-Member @TAB @MDT @Patches59 @Appleblossom
Sounds like a good plan for the day @TAB !!!
@Former-Member sorry to hear you're not feeling your best. Have you had more flushes?
Hope you all find some goodness in your day.
I have my son staying with us in between his ski season at Thredbo and the upcoming one in Japan. It's a challenge I will say. He is 26 and of my four kids he's always been the more hmmm spirited one lol. He's loud, he can be inconsiderate, and walk around like he has a chip on his shoulder even though he's living a pretty good life! Anyway, it's only for a few weeks. I need to remember that. And I do love him dearly, he's my son after all.

Hello @hanami I'm doing ok thankyou for asking ❤️ I have omitted caffeine which was in my weetbix slice after reading online it can cause hot flushes. Diabetes educator told me the same to ditch the caffeine, shes got smarts she was onto it straight away and just KNEW and told me to drink to plenty of water which is what I have been doing and breathwork. Have not had as many since yesterday. I have just been baking some bread this morning. I L-O-V-E the smell of freshly baked bread!
How are you @TAB whats been happening with your tooth? The pain must be bad. I hope you can schedule an appointment with a dentist soon. I'm sorry you have to go through all of this

worst of pain was day or two ago @Former-Member nerve is dying, can tell from past experience. had the feeling of getting nail driven into ear the other day while driving thats a good one lol.. ok something feels loose now, so will be oversize filling falling out/tooth splitting soon like others did before. if keep meds up its not noticeable. just dull ache now as have nt taken meds yet. tried ringing around . looks like undertone of racism in regions w google reviews read 0230 on phone lol Pauline Hanson wannabe females calling indian dentist all sorts of horrible things as they were too broke to pay bill and were blaming dentist for 'pushing them into having treatment' ...idiots. so the others one booked to late nov, other booked to late oct, and indian one can get in monday ... ha ha what a world.

@TAB not sure what I dislike more in your post - your dying tooth or the PH wannabes haha. Seriously hope it gets sorted soon. I had dying tooth a few years back. Was NOT fun. In agony. Root was cracked, they wanted to do root canal but I said take it out. Lucky I did because no saving a cracked root with root canal.

@TAB we have a nice dentist out this way, they are very accomodating. Read lots of reviews about them and when I met them were really compassionate. Glad your tooth isn't bothering you as much. hope you can get something sorted soon and everything works out ok. I know its bothering you and you got a lot on your mind.
My bread is now baking. I use a breadmaker its hard scooping it into a ball after its been mixing with rotator but used my spatula to form it into a nice shape but it should come out neater @hanami. Got to get my huge piece of cauli out of the fridge and process it into rice then freeze. So am doing home economics 101 today! lol 🙂
