I've been through a few blood moons. They are usually astrological omens with the fall of leaders. It usually comes to pass with these events transpiring. I've tried to find you an article on blood moons. My friend when she was alive studied astrology. There may be an article on it. I'll poke around the internet for you @TAB and see if I can come up with something

I just did a sitz bath method and felt better afterwards @TAB. Am looking to drain my lymphatic system even more for immunity and improve exercise recovery time using sitz. Just did some more blood irradiation. Don't know where this is leading but I do feel heaps better. Hope your nap was ok. I have done very little today. I guess I'll see you around tomorrow maybe if you're online. Enjoy your weekend

Hey there, @SmilingGecko. We must have been on different paths lately, as I haven't seen you about. How are you doing? It's been rather cold, hasn't it? Been up to much mischief?

Hello @Historylover how are you going? I'm doing well. Have increased my walking [edited by moderator]. Have been using a sitz bath method for draining my lymph and detoxing, it feels soooo good, its improved my vitality and exercise recovery times. Have been reading a great little book, a classic on the subconscious mind. Its how to direct your thoughtlife . Have been thoroughly enjoying this book very muchly. Not much else is new, just doing preparedness survival. Managed to cook a gorgeous apricot slice the other day minus the blood spike. This new astrologer I stumbled upon recently had something really constructive to say about the moons nodes shifting and venus retrograde which stationed either yesterday or today. She is an amazing young lady and I appreciate her well formulated discussions. Stimulation for the brain. Can't think of much more to say. Am getting into sprouting. Its so easy to do. What have you been up to?

I've been cogitating the vicissitudes of life, @SmilingGecko. Actually, I've been investigating numerous fields of interest on YouTube, with one leading into another. Consciousness is chief among them at the present, and I have been putting in my 2+ cents worth of comments on a number of platforms. It's amazing that something I had thought so fundamental could be so complicated. Why do we have consciousness and what brought consciousness into existence had previously seemed similar to asking what brought my kidney into existence? But exactly where it exists (outside the brain) adds another level of complexity which had, at first, seemed absurd. It no longer does.
So many interesting and educated folk out there. When I feel that I'm not learning anything new, I move on to another branch. I'd love to get my head around quantum mechanics which seems to be the buzzword these days. I wonder how many really understand it. For me, I think it will probably always be within a very primitive understanding, regardless of how much time I assign to it.
I keep promising myself to do some baking, even buying ingredients, but I just never seem to get around to it. It takes time away from other things. Walking is only done when I can't avoid it at the moment, but it is rather lengthy when I do, so I don't feel too guilty.
The sitz bath sounds good. Getting my water back on after only a 2-day break has made me very appreciative of my hot showers.
I tried sprouting mung beans for a while, but they are only small, and they are very inexpensive to buy here.
Another week awaits us.

Sounds like you really have been getting into stuff @Historylover which is good. I try and keep preoccupied. I believe we were seeded on other planets and then sent to earth. I'm involved a lot in the UFO community and have read a channelled book on the history of our planet. I wish I could get out to UFO groups but no car and the local UFO community is no longer ongoing.
I'm about to go for another walk. My blood sugar has come right down lately. Have to get in another 30 minutes walk before winding down for the evening. Its good you are still walking.
Anyway got to hop to it before it starts getting dark. Wishing you a nice start to the week tomorrow

Yes, I don't like to stagnate, @SmilingGecko. I like to learn new things all the time. Not having a car is the bane of my life but I just can't afford one, or to run it, so... Unfortunately, it prevents me doing anything after dark which is a bit of a bother at times.
I'd love to buy a telescope. I think I saw Aldi has one in their catalogue this week. I usually find these things are fads with me for a while, so I'll just save my money.
Here's hoping for a good week ahead.
