Yes stay mentally active @Historylover thats what I do! I understand what you mean about no car. I can't afford one either. Its annoying but my last car was a bit of a hulk and used to sit in the driveway as I could not afford petrol really and that was 10 years ago! To get 30 minutes up the road it would use 1/4 tank of petrol. Many people on pensions can't afford the luxury of a car nowadays. I would love to go places and go out at night like I used to when I was younger but can't and its hard getting out to groups for example. I used to own a telescope but no longer do. Its nice treating yourself once in a while but yes I find myself holding back on the purse strings and worrying about buyers regret later on.

@TAB I'm walking every day now [edited by moderator] and my fitness levels are through the roof. I notice you went for a bicycle ride. Keep up with it! I hope you can trim down again. I've never been this healthy since I was younger. Just giving you some encouragement and you can also hold me to account with my exercise routine! I am getting a bicycle but can't quite afford it right now so will just wait awhile until I know what I'm doing. How did you go re: insulation? I hope you can get your roof cavity sorted. Thanks for the advice regarding the lighter fluid. I've put it in my Bunnings cart. A bottle of that will last a while. Not much is new. Noisy neighbours are going on holiday again. I noticed when I walked around the court when exercising that their caravan was hitched out the front. The neighborhood will be quiet with them gone thankfully. I love it when they go away

..insulation is pending. know where to get it, cannot get type I want locally. maybe 1 or 2 trips they seem to be in packs of 4 . like compressed into 4 individual packs, that are wrapped together and compressed even more. might fit in car dunno. might have to get a few at a time, always other stuff to put in car. @Former-Member thats ok re lighter stuff. where multi fuel/ waste oil/diesel heaters on fb they are brilliant. for sheds anyway else stinky.

You will get there @TAB it must have been nice cruising around the neighborhood on your bike. I wondered if the thing to do with your thyroid has caused you uneccessary weight gain? I know you haven't been exercising but thyroid issues can cause people to pile on weight. Maybe speak to your GP or see an alternate healer who can address this? I know it must feel quite discouraging. I understand how you are feeling about it, but thyroid controls a lot of biochemical processes in the body and can cause folk to get overweight. You have the money now. You could see a healer in addition to your doctor?

Thank-you @Meowmy I don't know how I keep doing it either. Just had no choice I guess. I hope things begin to look up for you soon and your faith carries you through this difficult patch youre walking right now. I get the impression you do cleaning for a job? Is that correct? That is very honest work. It can be hard going so I have plenty of respect for that, having tried cleaning in the past myself. Wishing you a good nite ❤️
Hello @TAB have been to the post office doing more preparedness. Got a stash of concession stamps if I need to post something and can't get to post office. Got a haircut today. The dude did a great job. I did not get a new style just a basic cut which works out cheaper. Plus during venus retrograde its not such a great idea to try a new look as it never works out, same with tattooes during venus retro. You end up regretting it. So will stick with my style for now and wait for my hair to grow out
