@Former-Member Having a drink now, but I think it’s causing me problems with sleep should try and stop it’s been going on for a while, health should come first, just experimenting with the emotions I’m feeling. Ordered some pizza for lunch which is a change from my keto diet.
@MDT good to hear from you it’s been a while hope work is keeping you busy, told work I have depression and it’s been ok thus far lol

These hotel mirrors really depict us in the worst kind of way @TAB I stayed in a hotel one night because my house was so damned hot one summer 45+ degrees outside and needed to cool down at night - no aircon at home at the time. The hotel had a rotten mirror I had rather not looked at. Same with those elevator mirrors! These medications and weight gain! Well just try and ignore it for now tabbycat the same way I did and wear something nice to make you feel good, just enjoy the hotel with its comforts and think about your new home (Am trying to offer you encouragement) I think its that thyroid fiasco thats got you in this mess. You were doing well otherwise apart from your knee and feet

I gave up looking at myself after the Z****** medication to be honest!!! Just accepted it ruined my figure. I just learned not to look anymore at myself at places with mirrors mainly but the hotel room and my recent trip 3 months ago to podiatrist with mirror in elevator. But on the diabetes med, low carb diet and earthing I've been able to trim down a lot. I hope you can do the same maybe. I'm just cooking fish and bok choy tonight for dinner @TAB. Are you able to get food?

How many more days on the road @TAB? You may want a nourishing meal by the time you get to your destination. https://askizzy.org.au/ may have some suggestions for soup kitchens in your area instead of eating whatever you can get from fast food outlets. It may tie you over until you can get the ball rolling with your utilities being connected. Theres a soup kitchen not far from me and the menu is always amazing.
