Hi, sorry I'm just getting to you now @Former-Member. I guess there's not much driving me today. It's a wet and cold day here today and I'm taking it easy with a good book.
What drives me is a great ? I guess being mindful of the present and HOPE for a more fullfilling future. Things are hard for me a lot of the time but I value the relationships I have and try and nurture them. I am driven by the fun times and look forward to more.
I am looking for work at the moment which hasn't been very successful to date, but I am still driven in this direction.
I am also striving to keep fit and keep my weight under control. I know this is pretty superficial but it's more about the healthy body, healthy mind connection.
If you don't mind me asking what drives you ?

Hi @Former-Member. So nice to get your message love.
The weights are going great. They seem to be really useful and working my leg muscles, but, boy oh boy do my legs ache.
I guess it's just a matter of getting used to them over time.
Hopefully my strength is increasing too.
I have been for a few swims as well. I went back to exercise physiologist and the new plan is to do x 2 days on ( 2 hours per day ) and 1 day off. She believes it is important to rest 1 x day in between heavy days to give your body a chance to recuperate.
I have been having trouble with sleep again and was awake for x 4 hours the other night - so boring and frustrating. I am still snuggled in bed with a good book today trying to recuperate.
I got my hair colored a copper colour the other day and it has made a huge difference to the browny grey colour it was. I think it makes me look a little younger and brighter
I need to do more pranic healing and meditation as it may aid my sleep. How is your sleep ATM ?
I hope you enjoyed your walk. Thanks so much for your message. It warmed my heart to hear from you 💜💕💜.

That’s great @Former-Member work and just living sums it up for me. It’s great to work it gives you a sense of accomplishment but it doesn’t come for me without my daily struggles, which I have been overcoming.
fun and happiness is a given if you’re not having that what point is life. Sure you have to overcome your struggles but I think I’m doing fine as what a pdoc said to me, and a gp confirmed that if 70-80% of your life is fine then you’re doing good.
I noticed in one of your other posts youre exercising that is great, good to be healthy, I’m currently drinking alcohol which I should stop but I’m just having too much fun!
work when I go in keeps me sane and functioning it also gives purpose to my day, interacting with other colleagues and getting on with what needs to be done is fulfilling. I hope you find a job soon and in your field of expertise.
I do mainly drawings for ships at the present but with commitment could make it a career, given my past I have a overall 15 years or there abouts experience hoping for another 15 more but just depends on what everyday holds

You will find your own way through @Former-Member. Everyones experience is unique. What you elect to do is entirely up to you. I don't think anyone can advise another person on what to say and do.

Its nice to hear from you @Former-Member I'm sorry you are not sleeping well. My sleep has been scattered due to an overactive bladder which is due to ageing. I'm turning 54 in September. I'm hoping to have it fixed with an ayurvedic practice which seemed to resolve the issue last time.
Do you know what is causing your sleep problems? I know it must be difficult for you. Maybe just give yourself some downtime like you have allready and just read a book or do things to rest the body. I slept reasonably ok last night only waking once to go to the bathroom which was a relief. Just be patient with yourself and offer your body the soothing it needs.
Thats nice you got a hair color I hope you enjoy your new look. My hair is all grey as I'm allergic to hair dyes. Would love to be able to dye my hair - I used to use natural pigments but the color faded after a month and it was expensive. During initial lockdowns you could not source the pigments as some businesses closed.
Now I know what I have to look forward to with wrist/ankle weights! My legs are really thin at the moment with all this exercise!
I hope you enjoy reading your book. I have just being watching some journalism after organising lunch. I may wear some flower essence today which has an uplifting effect on my emotions. Its called "heliotrope" I bought it from The Purple People and they are an intentional community in the USA with a perfumery as a marketing angle to raise funds for their operations.
Have a nice day, dear. Talk soon! 💕
