doctor wants me to do a food diary too

You could, there are days when I have skipped exercise but my diabetes educator has kept me directed and on course. Its very limiting what diabetics can and can't do. Maybe go back and get your food diary organised @Shaz51 Its easy to slip up but I have been told to get back on my horse again many times. I wish it was different, but all we can do is keep persisting! 🙂

Well, just in from my evening walk. I do roughly 20 minutes twice a day - morning and night. Am about to take my mad meds and then that will be it for the evening. Good night my friends
