Have been neglectful with my new kundalini yoga practice. Did a session this morning and felt good. Now that I no longer have fatigue (CFS) I can do the practices without tiring. My body's flexibility has had a significant improvement. Both sides of the body now have equal flexibility. I can reach both toes easily in a seated position with my legs stretched out to both sides on the floor. Wanting more of this in my life to stand the emotional rigors of living. Every full or new moon theres a free live online yoga practice which lasts an hour. I do the practice then record the session as an audio then use for two weeks until the next free yoga session. Can't afford to sign up to their classes, but get the benefits of yoga at no cost. Will go for a walk this morning soon. Sleeping well, not waking up in the middle of the night anymore.

..where's the bad? .. @SmilingGecko lol .. I got noticably more flexible twice in my life I think , once after a spate of regular massage and othe time was gentle stretches 3 x day minimum. However, things got a bit out of control here and struggling with/cant don some basic stretches . Going to look up alternate ones til I get it back

Where's the bad @TAB? Just checked my astrology and have a transit advising me to stay out of harms way and to avoid violent neighborhoods as I could attract violence over the next couple of days. There are two similar transits like this involving sun pluto and mars and they are back to back and the first one which has been going for several months went exact at around 7 am this morning and the angle is separating but the other transit is in full force. So may do stay at home aerobics style exercise off you tube which @Former-Member recommended.

I just avoid it and take precautions. I've had one of these transits on separate occasions when I nearly had a close encounter with an unsavoury hood. The first one was on a bike and stopped and tried to force me to have a conversation with him which I didnt want & could have threatened my safety. He looked like a crim and I was able to get out of it by showing him kindness which I sensed is possibly the only time someone showed him kindness so he left me alone.
On another occasion I had someone close to me die in my life and I could not take care of myself due to grief and was at a takeaway restaurant to get food because I could not bring myself to cook. A hood appeared at the end of the street, he saw me and there was also a police station on the corner. I could tell whether he was weighing up whether to attack me or not and considered he was too close to the cops but you know theres hoods will do it in broad daylight. But I could tell he decided against it and walked away.
Both separate instances on different occasions but under one of those transits @TAB

Well stay safe @SmilingGecko think its been proven that people who act vulnerable draw attention to themselves.
best to avoid areas like that

@TAB yes someone in my life had died so maybe I looked like I was a suitable target by the crook at the end of the street. He actually considered attacking me - you could tell and he was right opposite the corner of the cop shop on the other side of the road! Not worth taking risks! I knew I had the transit and thought I'd be ok I was so consumed with grief I just wanted something to eat. It really stuck in my brain. Now if I have transits like that I keep my eyes open and be wary. But I've got a double transit which poses as even more risky so staying at home. Why put yourself in harms way?

yes, you're right @SmilingGecko I used to puff chest out, stand up tall and not make eye contact if saw dodgy looking people when out walking, I would also cross the street to get away from them though. Yes can be easier to pick routes, times of day or stay at home sometimes ..
