Hi @Former-Member good on you for walking. Haven't got my walks in on the last x 3 days and boy can I feel it with my mindset.
I feel so much more positive when I walk.
I love reading too but don't think I could manage a book a day. At best maybe a book per week. Interesting fact though. Usually I read non fiction books but ATM I am reading non fiction.
Will make a note of your recommendations. Have a nice evening.
Out poor health maybe has something to do with the 🌒 cycle. Must also remember to do pranic healing practices
Have a nice evening 🌹.

Hi @Appleblossom not sure I picked up link correctly. Watched a video on the difference between Male and Female depression.
It fits to the context of what you are saying quiet well when you relate the example given in the video.
People do need purpose and opportunities as do children. Maybe providing children with hope and opportunities and love whilst meeting material need leads to purpose and hopeful futures as it should do for adults.. .....
Maybe nature V's nurture argument is relevant to assess at all levels of society ???
Haya great evening @Appleblossom always love having something to think about.

@Former-Member the moon is waxing to full. It will be full on Tuesday. Full moons are known to be chaotic in ED departments and also for the MI. I may pull out my amethyst crystal as it creates a strong imperturbable sense of inner peace. I use it during full moons so I don't lose my head while everyone else around me is losing theirs. Its great for full moons!
I read a lot of non fiction, I'm not one for fiction books either. But theres no way I could devour a book a day. But that is how some successful people are. But I recognise the importance of reading. World of Books Australia has some great used books as well as The Brotherhood of St Lawrence. I don't like paying full price for books! It keeps me within my budget.

Hi @Former-Member will hold onto that Amethyst as you have previously advised in the past.
I pick up a lot of books in op-shops too. Great minds think alike 😊🌹😊.

Good morning @TAB @MDT @Former-Member @StuF @Shaz51 @Jynx Up early doing my energy practices. Am about to have brekky then go for another walk with my nordic poles. Am happy with my journey so far, am trimming down some more. Just got to remember to earth myself with bare feet otherwise the earthing mat doesn't work properly. Have tried sleeping on it with pjs on but the earthing mat is not effective. You know when its not effective when wounds take longer to heal. Earthing will accelerate wound healing! Same thing with trimming down, earthing is great for that but if you do it with socks on it under your desk it won't work. Thought I had reached a point of resistance but discovered I won't shed any excess unless I earth with skin directly contacting the earthing mat. I have a goal in mind for my birthday. Am allready 1/3 of the way there!
