You probably weren't tired either after sleep during the day @TAB. Hot weather can also disrupt sleep patterns

Hello @StuF it was hot yesterday but today went for a walk. My blood sugar was 7.5 but after exercise 5.8 which is good! The heat and diabetes don't mix. Glad to get the numbers down. It will be better once autumn comes around but the weather watch indicates more hot days through March in Melbourne. I've just brought the bins in and have to wash some produce after my food delivery. Got to get my snazzy Aquapure device to wash the produce with.

Thanks @StuF I think going by memory you are in Sydney or NSW somewhere. So your weather is a bit oppressive today like ours was yesterday. We had a heatwave over several days. So glad its a cooler day here today! I got all of the storage I wanted organised the other day. Was happy with my efforts. Will be a quiet weekend. Not doing much.

@Former-Member Yep, I'm in Sydney. I think your temps were higher yesterday than what we currently have, but it's hot (and humid) enough thanks lol
Well I hope you enjoy not doing much! 🙂
