Well I slept around clock for a week or so @Former-Member wasn't working last night . Took 4 hrs to get to sleep and woke not long after. Not used to new medication am trying maybe

Must have had a few hours by now @StuF not going to keep going on about it(again)
guess prob get up lol feel stuffed. Might try tasks. do washing. Not done in a long time

Hello @TAB its could be your new med or sleep schedule or any number of things impacting your sleep. Did you discuss it with your GP? I hope you can get into a proper routine somehow. I don't feel good if I have irregular or interrupted sleep.
You can re-set your circadian rhythms easily by going out at first sunrise and getting the morning sun in your eyes. I saw a doctor recommend this during lockdowns when people had broken and irregular sleep. The rising sun will automatically reset your biological clock so you have normal sleep/waking cycles. I also heard it from another doctor online who put together a free covid programme on how to cope and adjust to stressors of covid.

yeah I dont know @Former-Member maybe I just wasnt tired ? good point re sunrise, plus havent been going outside hardly at all lately
