Hi @maddison what you wrote yesterday at 12.09pm was lovely - so well written and couldn't agree more 💕.
It's a big question isn't it why doesn't our society reward kindness or even appreciate it ?

Yeah I understand how confronting and embarrasing it would have been to have to go there and see people. Its hard facing situations like that because it cuts to the core. I'm glad youre home now. You just got to decompress @TAB for a while and maybe decide what course of action to take next.
My guess is you need some money to tie you over in the interim. Paypal if you didn't allready know allows you to do fundraisers. They are easy to start up. I had to start one up for my dental costs!
You go to paypal and log in and just click on where it says "fundraise" under "shortcuts" on the right hand side of the page and set up a fundraising campaign. You can then post it to your facebook, twitter and I think instagram pages to get coverage on the internet.
Its easy to start up compared to go fund me dot com a popular crowdfunding page

I believe kindness is a kind of social capital @Former-Member The term social capital was tossed about a bit by journalism a while back. Its the glue that holds society together

Thats good. Hang onto it @TAB. I have doubts about folk giving me money via platforms such as this but I'm going try. Have always felt others seem to get given things but me - I'm jinxed! lol

@maddison thank you for sharing ❤️ I couldn't agree more. There is so much stigma and stereotypes, but I agree, there is a deep kindness is many of us.
And this really resonates with me too
I don't know the answers to poverty & inequality. I don't have the power to change it. The only way thru, or the thing I can do in my insignificant place in the planet is focus on what is important to me. Promote & acknowledge kindness. Feel gratitude that my position allows expression of this cool human quality.
I feel very grateful for the kindness and connections we build ❤️
Happy friday

Yes I hear you @MDT its a difficult call. I guess you got to consider if its worth the trouble, worth salvaging this problemmatic relationship. You could go relationship counselling...But if its an unworkable situation then the only choice left is to break up. Most relationships that fail don't work because people simply don't understand eachother and their needs
