Much love to you @Judi9877
I wish you luck for your PARCS admission. Hopefully it will be very healing for you. I guess it will give you time to work on your new blanket as well as looking after yourself with a time out from the craziness of life. Take care and be kind to yourself xxx

Good morning forumites. I am really plugging away at my to do list!
Put away shopping
investigated the www.frugl.com.au app which gets you the cheapest prices for all your groceries! According to CEO of Frugl it can save up to 30% off your current food bill. (SOURCE: The Herald Sun) So with with the government printing more money and inflation at sky high levels I thought I would share this app. I think its free and can save you a LOT of money on food. The more money they print the higher the costs of goods and services
I have finally got around to priming my Berkey water filter again so the filter is flowing properly
Throwing kitchen scraps into the compost bin.
and now will tackle cleaning my fruit/vegie juicer!
Then do lunch. PHEW! Have been doing an audit of my fridge since yesterday - will be able to use some grated carrot I froze in some spaghetti bolognaise after doing an audit yesterday of my fridge

I hope you have a great day whatever you have planned.
As for me, it’s a trip to the shops to get some supplies for my PARCS admission on Tuesday like some craft items and to get some dinner food for tonight. I’m planning on purchasing some cross stitch supplies as I really want to get back into that hobby which I’ll look at doing when I have some free time at PARCS. My mood is okay right now- not too happy, not too sad- but I’m a little nervous about going to PARCS because of the new staff being there and potentially different rules and things. Hopefully I will calm down soon. I’ll also email my psychologist to tell them what’s going on with me so at least they’re aware of my situation as well. I have been doing some more knitting which has helped me as well which is good. I’m planning on getting some cheap wool from Spotlight to take with me to PARCS to make a blanket once I’m finished my current blanket.
Take care!
Judi9877☺️💐
