Re: Good Morning!

Its life @MDT, a cold consolation I know.  Lots of things come to pass over your life. Once you get to my age and you just develop your own philosophy around it and ways to work through it gracefully. Reading the book by psychiatrist Ian Stevenson, "20 Cases Suggestive of Reincarnation" allowed me to forgive people and move forward in dignity and awareness 💟

I realised that when I was 14
I think this is what set me up for depression and anxiety
I have really come to understand my own trauma and it's been really beneficial.
I have such a non judgemental outlook on myself and others
And my God its liberating.
Its not a permanent change but I think its a self I have constructed through good self reflection and self compassion. But also seeking to understand myself better.
I no longer feel that need to impress people
That is shattered beyond recognition

Re: Good Morning!

Wow just watched a great little free webinar from an acupuncturist who fails to disappoint with her taoist healing arts. Today she did a session on how to release trauma held in the body by accessing several body circuits combined with crystals to create a flushing effect that undoes toxic energy. It only works if you have the correct acupuncture access points.  I really loved todays webinar.  I guess now I have to put it all into practice...lol. Today has been a good day so far 😁

Re: Good Morning!

@MDT the "codes" are really coming in with the younger generation. Many adults walk in a state of darkness which accounts for a lot of problems in the world.  I'm glad you have "woken up" allready and are on your inner quest

Re: Good Morning!

Thanks @Former-Member

Healing has starred and good things are on the way

I hope your Thursday is going well.

I’ve had a relaxing morning in bed trying to catch up on sleep after having a bad night last night to little success. I’ve also been working on my new knitted blanket which is coming along quite well. I’ve just had a call from the people at PARCS and I’ve been told that I’m expected there on Tuesday after undergoing a PCR test on Saturday as part of their acceptance criteria for admission. A new organisation has taken over the facility with new staff members which is making me feel a little nervous but it could be good as new staff mean new ideas so I’m thinking of that as a positive. I don’t know how long I’ll be there for - usually a maximum of 2 weeks but as I’m hoping for a meds change, it could be longer or shorter, I’m not sure. Either way, I’m treating the time in there as a way of trying to get better mentally and take it from there.

I wish you all the best for a great afternoon and night ahead!

Take care!
