For me the most helpful thing has been access to physio, and the extra good luck that I have a particularly good one, who has made all the difference for me in last 2 years. Sometimes its the role and sometimes its the person.

Feeling a bit overwhelmed here by the ongoing forever decline of the world we live in. From the smallest lifeforms to top political agenda. Seems like such a mess, in freefall, not sure any leaders will hold it together now. Just gotta watch it go down, pretend it's not, and just fix the little bits we can in front of usa- the little girl in this image, one day at a time 🔆

I can agree with you mostly. That's why I love sport! lol
(Well, I say "lol"- but it's kinda true. I can ignore the news to an extent, and following sport keeps me engaged with at least some parts of society. But yeah, I get not everyone likes sport!)
