I had an MRI recently on my knee.
I have to book in to see physio
I had been energy deficit (fatigued)
But felt better today- which was good.

yeah I thought I could manage it @oceangirl wouold have rested if not for work. Um got an appt next week to see if get MRI, so see what happens. glad you are feeling better , I've come over a bit funny, think going to bed here

Hey @MDT you are doing lots of thinking and are experiencing worry. It will be depleting your spleen energy. The spleen is the organ connected with worry. When your spleen is strong you don't worry. I used to have a weak spleen but built it up using traditional chinese medicine. You can also use acupressure to stimulate the spleen point here <picture> :
