It has been a very, very hard day. I have been trying to keep busy but my thoughts have all been in one direction ...this can't be true  I honestly do not know how I am going to get through this right now nor how I am going to go back to work on Monday. I know I have to go back otherwise I fear I will fall back into that deep darkness all over again. Life just does not feel the same though and the pain is so strong it is making me feel sick. I have meds to help but they are more making me tired than anything else. I promised my GP I would be careful and stay safe but I do not want to do that tonight . I want to numb this pain as well as for everything to be okay again But I know neither will happen tonight. So sad and feel so broken right now

Bit concerned about you after reading a post from you around midnight, which since disappeared. Its now a bit after 4am, so I really hope you are safely asleep by now.
