@Realness So true that the Jews had not understood Jesus, not even His disciples, only after pentecost did the flame ignite!

In my life it was the same really. i have been spoon fed Jesus yet it took me years to understand the spiritual truth He was within me. For only the truths of God's Word can reveal Jesus in Spirit to those who love Him for salvation the bible teaches. (Ephesians 2:19-22 )

Such an awesome Salvation Jesus made available to all of us!

- Jesus is with His disciples.

- Jesus heals a man born blind.

- The Pharisees' reaction to the healing.

- The healed man is banned from the synagogue.

- Jesus finds him and asks, "Do you believe in the Son of Man?"

- Healed man, "I believe, Lord!" and he worships Him.

- Jesus: "I came into this world for judgement, in order that those who do not see will see and those who do see will become blind."

Most of this chapter is the Pharisees' reaction to Jesus giving sight to the man born blind. The ones who are meant to lead people to God refuse to recognise God's miracle.
