Sharing it was hard.
I don't want to be connected to my pain, but I often see it in other people's lives.
Many don't understand the journey of isolation and being cut off from family and friends who abuse you.
My exhusband is from Egypt and believed he could control me through cutting off access to my son.
The pain has been inexplicable but I have to choose life everyday.
To look for healing for myself and ways I can help others through their pain.

@Bessie78 @ENKELI I pray you will ultimately find consolation and reconciliation. I can't imagine being alienated from your children. I'm estranged from all but one sibling, which is hard after I'd cared for our parents in their old age. It means I've also lost touch with nieces and nephews. It's hard to follow Matthew 5:24 - you feel torn but both parties must be open to reconciliation.

Oh @Bessie78 , that sounds incredibly tough. May your strength be made perfect in weakness.
When things like that happen, I always remember what the Lord said, "Vengeance is mine, I will repay" and "He will fight for you"....
Hold fast to him and his hope.

Amen @tyme
I thank God for His perfect justice in His perfect love.
There is nothing good in my flesh.
I'm grateful that God is over and in all things.
I appreciate your comfort and encouragement.

Sometimes I wonder if it’s really there

Can you tell me more?
Are you speaking about Gods justice?
If so, I don't think we can always see it. Or even feel it.
I think we reap what we sow.
Sometimes I believe this happens in our soul. The lack of peace.
For me, I choose to forgive the people who abused me.
I don't trust them.

Im hearing you.
Sitting in a dark space without any sense of light is a hard place to live.
I want to encourage you there are many people who have sat where you are.
Don't give up💕
You are highly valued in Gods eyes.
Even when you have been treated badly by people who were meant to love you unconditionally.
I think of ps. 139
God knows where you are.
He has seen every day of your life from before you were born until today.
He has a great plan for your future.
Jeremiah 29:11_13
The verse I have clung onto deeply is ps.116
God bends down His ear to listen to us in our pain.
It is often in our dark days we truly know only He can help. There is no one else. Nothing to hold onto except our tears.
There will be a new day.
I pray you find hope.
That the light of morning will shine through your darkness. 💓🦋
