@creative_writer the exhaustion is hitting hard for me too. The heat takes so much out of me. I hope you enjoy your relaxing face mask.
I haven't been up to much, mostly just colouring and watching my TV shows. My peace was disturbed earlier so I left my house to go for a walk along the creek under the shade of the trees. I had an iced coffee before now I'm back to my colouring.

mask sounds nice @creative_writer i felt off most of day , just coming good now after naps ,pain meds .
in last couple hours I got call from RSL out of the blue, did some quick research on DVA webpages for them
just found something DES worker may be interested in, so emailed them,(after hours already, but yeah) ..wrote list of thing for Drs monday . ha ha got ph appt for medication review I guess, had bad blood results looks like, then double appt in another town w same dr to do medical form for cenno . it was suggested by DES and is part of process of getting onto DSP. I last saw this dr in September and they seemed frustrated with me. have seen dift dr every visit since then. ok I had agreed to do things and didnt follow through, and they couldnt hide their feelings. Never seems to be an issue when they forget stuff or dont follow through though. so in my mind I have made it into something more than it was I guess. We will see how they act on monday. Only reason asked to see them was that they were the one dr I had seen most over the last 2 years .
Anyway, sorry for going on. Hope there was something good about your day

I would like to no I did what I could re DVA, not bothered if dont get anything else, just would bother me if I could have
well have finally clocked up 2 years with DES job provider, as unbeknowst to me , going on sick certs re sets the 2 years to zero everytime. anyway, could be wrong , but my understanding is the after 2 years of not getting a job, that puts me into a different category for DSP , ie 20pts total , not 20pts in the one specific area of disablity.
So who knows @creative_writer would be extra $300 a fortnight. they gave me a pension healthcare card like 7 years ago now, but had to stay on jobseeker. think if they even lower my work capacity by 2 hours a week would get like extra $100/fortnight I am on 15hours. DSP is 8 hours. A couple years ago they brought in an interim payment increase for under 14 hours
