@tyme @Oaktree One good thing happened my NDIS plan rolled over. I'm not sure whether they are still going to reassess or not but they gave me the same funding as I had for the past year for the next year. So I can resume my supports. Phew.
That's soooooo great to hear! Such a relief! I know you were stressing a little about it yesterday. Glad it worked out for you. You deserve it 🙂 @Ainjoule

So Long and Thanks for all the Fish
If anyone has read Douglas Adams (Hitchhikers' Guide to the Galaxy) they will understand the heading!
I have been a Sane member for several years now and I have found it very useful in many ways. I have made some wonderful online friends and continue to pray for y'all each day.
It's time for me to say so long as my journey continues. I will not be deleting my account as I quite likely will check in from time to time.

Hey @tyme !
Just jammed on the piano for about 45 minutes - there's a well-played, sweet-sounding black Yamaha they have here, I'm so fortunate. The nursing student even came in halfway to be my captive audience.
I am anticipating a call from my ex, who has arranged a phone call tonight. I've been trying to get to speak to him for a week. I think he hung up on me last Friday evening. He says he didn't see my call or message. I will never know what the truth is.
Thoughts are swirling around my mind, making me restless and my anxiety is a 9/10. Mood overall 4/10, when I am usually a 7/10. The increased medications have definitely settled me, as well as given me the first 8-hour sleep in 2 months!
I have written up a 2-page spread of my A5 journal of points to raise with my ex.
My church pastor just rang and prayed over me to ask God's presence, and give me clarity and wisdom in this upcoming conversation.
Here's hoping that my ex and I are both in a open, receptive and respectful frame of mind.
Wish me luck!

Good luck for your conversation tonight. Maybe go easy and don’t address everything all at once or your partner may go into overwhelm. Also don’t forget to listen to their perspective too. I am glad they had a piano for you to play. Sounds like a good way to spend the afternoon.
