I'm sorry to hear about your hospital stay @Former-Member That does sound like a long time, 1 & 1/2 months (or so).

You're right @outlander, I need to plan for discharge and what I’m going to do. I had a brief chat with a friend about her experience of DBT.
I don’t think I’m struggling without the thoughts, I’m more struggling at the thought that I have a life ahead of me, if that makes sense?
