Hi @Former-Member
That's great you've joined the thread and keen to walk. It must be so difficult for you with the CFS and I imagine it's quite unpredictable. Looking forward to seeing your progress
Hanami ❤️

Thanks @hanami for your understanding. Unfortunately CFS is one of those illnesses that people don't understand but yes will give walking a go. I found some Rife audios that disassemble the epstein barr virus that cause CFS so will listen to it regularly now and see what comes of it. I hope you have a nice day today on the forums

Hello @Oaktree @hanami @TAB @Dimity @Delicatessen went for another walk today (Monday) after lunch . I've heard exercising after a meal helps with digestion. So here I am again getting some fitness happening! lol Has anyone else been out today? I got out between wind and rain storms here in Melbourne. You never know when its going to bucket down! 😉

That's wonderful @Former-Member !
It is so windy up my way today that I'm scared to go out for fear of my allergies flaring up or having something fly off a tree or something and hit me over the head!
So I walked on my treadmill on my back verandah for 45 minutes this morning. For some reason I find walking on a treadmill much harder and I worked up quite a sweat.
Hoping the weather calms down soon for us all!
❤️

I know the pollen is in the air and this years hay fever season has been quite severe @hanami according to my GP. I know what you mean re: treadmills. They seem to make the calves push harder. I never liked walking on treadmills. Anyway got out today for some exercise which my GP wants me to do. I hope you find relief from the hay fever. I have air filters in my house and it makes all the difference
