The magic of tidying

No I didn’t and the kitchen bench needs clearing again. People, including myself, just dumps stuff on there

It's harder if stuff doesn't have a designated home @Oaktree that's something I've learnt from decluttering blogs. Another thing they say is do a 10 minute sweep every night (or whenever suits) to keep on top of it. 

I was using the coffee table as a workspace for going through stuff but haven't touched it for a while.

It’s a difficult time of the year. We got heat, anti-Santa feelings. It feels like a hundred things have been coming at us, for the longest time.

All my getup and go, came up and left.

Right now I would be happy to sit in half a 44 Gallon drum with 3 bags of ice and drink Lemonchello

True @Glisten it's only high 20s here but feels oppressive. The gumtrees are shedding leaves and bark as though it's the onset of a long hot summer this year.  They're forecasting 40 again for Boxing Day.

@Dimity @Oaktree @TAB @Shaz51 @Meowmy @Jynx @tyme  I have had a productive day, I stayed up until midnight reading a book and then woke at about 0500 this morning and couldn't get back to sleep so I watered the garden, cleaned out my pantry and tidied it up.

I then sorted out all my diamond paintings into piles - completed and to be completed, wrote  a couple of emails, filled in my mental health journal, wrapped Christmas presents.

And now my back is telling me that it is breaking up with me and wants a divorce. I told it to suck it up and took a couple of pain killers.

Despite feeling sticky and warm from the heat I feel pretty good. 

Meowmy my sweet friend thanks for the prayers. I have been listening to my favourite bands like Mercy Me, Zach Williams, Third Day and TobyMac. I also love For King & Country but that was ex friends' favourite band also (we saw them in concert a few years back) so I can't listen to them without bawling at the moment. 

I am also praying my dad actually picks up and starts reading the Bible I gave him for Christmas. 

Stay well and for my Perth friends make sure you're cool and hydrated. Love you my Sane fam 🤗💜💐
