I have recycled 80% of our dvd collection. We just kept a few. Hubby wouldn’t let me touch the CD collection. I recycled some of my daughter’s folders and sorted out some of the bookshelves. Still have more to do with the bookshelves. I also took out the recycling from the kitchen and emptied the garbage. Going to clear and clean the kitchen bench. I need to bake some gingerbread. I am going to make a gingerbread house for Christmas.

I was going to do it a couple of weeks ago but then I got Covid.

am feeding wood heater wi paper and cardboard today , yes , not PC, but still greener then sending to to china to do something with it lol with all fuel, transport, handling..

Wow that's amazing @Oaktree.  I thought I may toss out clothes that just sit in my wardrobe and I don't wear.  Will do that today.  I have to get around to putting books away too. Gingerbread house for Xmas sounds delightful. I did clear some cobwebs with feather duster yesterday, plus kitchen floor needs washing. Its a cooler rainy day so stuff will get done today!

Hi guys,

I tidied up a bit yesterday. I cleaned of the bench and table and cleaned them both with soap. I also threw a few things in the recycling. Feeling good. Might try and sweep and mop in the kitchen, dining room, activity and living room today. Currently at art group.

I'm just doing my health audios now @Oaktree and having a bit of a break. Will clean laundry this afternoon and put through some towels in the wash to put on the line for tomorrow. Had to buy a new USB cable for my ipod. The ipod is factory refurbished - bought it years ago (don't like e-waste). Luckily got a cable that matched my ipod off ebay as the other cable was worn. So will get lots of use out of my old ipod still. Its an older generation but great for downloading audios off the internet still. I'll be doing the laundry while you are mopping the floors this afternoon. But for now a cup of gynostemma tea 🙂

And gingerbread, gosh I LOVE gingerbread!

I would love to see your finished house. I haven't made one for years.

@TAB @NatureLover @Oaktree @Former-Member    I just took a bootload of stuff to the opshop. The taxi wasn't cheap but it's for a good cause... and I guess it got me out of the house. Now for some chores.

Thats good @Dimity I donated clothes that didn't fit me anymore and they were collected sometime today. It will be nice for you to be free of any excess things. But yes taxis aren't cheap. I don't drive. I had to catch a taxi for a 30 minute ride recently and it was $50 each way.  I spend half an hour in the laundry today and its almost in order. That will be enough housework for today.  Pleased with the tidying up
