Re: Self Care Activities

well said @Shaz51 🙂

Re: Self Care Activities

Yes, I agree. I spend lots of time actively doing things that make me feel good. It's fine, and ok, and right, to do that.

For example, this afternoon after my psych appointment and a quick jog, I suggled up warm with blankets and hotwaterbottle, lavender candles and fairy lights, and drew pics, browsed some clothes and decorations on the net, and played LifeIsStrange2.

Some time alone, but not spiralling or focusing on my issues, instead doing a bunch of things that make me feel calm relaxed and comforted.

Re: Self Care Activities

My 3 favourites are :

a walk by the river

Coffee with friends
