Hope you heal quickly! Great you can still play & enjoy table tennis.

I'm still doing yoga 2 - 4 x a week & yesterday afternoon I went for an approximately 6 km run. 

I've been slack with the strength training on the gym set....

@MoonGal how are you travelling?

@Former-Member thanks for asking. I am travelling quietly, coming up and out of 9 weeks of terrible time due to a medication change. Still walking every day but no swimming due to it having exacerbated the burstitis in both my shoulders. I am just doing one day at a time at the moment and keeping everything turned down, trying to stay on the planet.

Hi Butterfly watched a free yoga app on IPad this morning. Miss Body Balance at gym. Tried a few poses for legs .I like yoga but don't do it as regularly as I should

Hi everyone have been taking it easier at home as I pulled a chest muscle. Ihave bought a GarminVivofit band and linked it to My Fitness App.has given me great motivation to track my food and exercise and ultimately lose my excess weight and result in a fitter healthier me.How is everyone else ?

So glad you kept this thread alive. 

I am like you ie should do more yoga than I do, but was told to do poses (headstands) that the experts couldnt agree about whether it would help or hinder my neck issues.  So the bottom line for me .. is seek advice and LISTEN to our bodies.  My headstands never did any noticeable damage ... it had mostly been done by then ... and I approached it slowly ... I like the sensation of blood to the head ... and seeing the world upside down. Woman Happy

@Former-Member  How are you .. repetition is such a big thing in life ... how to keep from boredom wearing away at our resolve to do things that are good for us. 

How is your home going?   The idea of "tinyhouses" is becoming popular.  Is yours a cosy enough shack for now? At least you are not getting heavily into debt and can sort out your priorities.  That takes time as there is a lot to figure out.  Give cats a cuddle from me. Heart

@MoonGal  How are the doggits going?

My feet and legs really ache at the moment ... as this weeks big musical ventures for me included at least an hour of walking each day and catching pt. I have been gingerly walking on my carpet today ... and resting up.

HiMoongal I just run on the spot while waiting for jug to boil or microwave to finish last 2 minutes or washing machine to finish when on spin dry or do stretches at those times .. Walked round block last 2 days but still want to do yoga from iPad app.downloaded it but only tried it once so far .Hi to Shaz51 Mazarita,Apple Blossom and Draco and anyone I have missed.Hope to get back to gym next week. Yesterday I took mum shopping in the morning , looking after our neighbour`s cat and dog while they are away

in the afternoon we cleaned up mum`s garden and took away a trailer load of rubbish away , soooi am feeling a bit sore today

Hi Shaz51 Gardening is great exercise.Yesterday I went to local market on the foreshore.Bought some bargain prices plants 3 native trees to go on front fence line. 3 Different varieties of Kale seedlings,hope to make green smoothies later on.Cant get kale at our supermarket and have heard such a lot on web about it on Internet and mags. I am going to plant up 3new garden beds outside my lounge room window,roses, lavenders,pig face and alyssum and grey foliage plants just mixing it up. Hope the plants all grow I am a hit and miss sort of gardener. Today I have to have another colonoscopy hate them but they are keeping check on polyp which could lead to bowel cancer .Not too worried feel fine but am getting hungry fasting since breakfast yesterday only water and apple juice now since 5am nil by mouth.l am so looking forward to ham and salad sandwich they give us afterwards and a cup of truly awful coffee which l enjoy after 2days without.

That is great , they say Kale is very good for us , One of our customers gave me some but i tried it in cooking , next time i will do it in a smoothies
