Hi all have missed two gym classes and two daily walks.Have been busy packing to go camping on The Murray River for a week and spending the next week at my daughters property near Yackandander. Will keep up my walking with her. Happy to see everyone is trying to stick to there goals. The key really is to keep on trying despite our set backs.Stay well friends.

Hi @MoonGal, good to see you. Glad to hear you have been out walking with doggits every couple of days. Downtown Abbey, I love that show too. Brilliant that the brain and medication are meshing gears again.

Hi @Appleblossom, I've missed you while I've been away from the forum lately and it seems you may have been too. Glad you are finding a new approach to your neck with a physio and that it may be helping.

Had an hour of walking today .. tooquick rushing for a train to smell the roses .. maybe another time.

 

The Murray River is beautiful . they are getting a bit on top of the salinity issues arent they??

I've been a bit slack on the exercise this week. Went for a walk on Monday but poor sleep has left me with no energy to do much the rest of the week. Hoping to get out again over the next few days, even if just to get a few photos done.

Hi all Had a good trip over the top in Peters 1942 Ford jeep staying with my daughter at Staghorn Flats. We planned an energetic couple of days but it is so hot and sweaty up here haven't done much. Watching her DVDs instead.sometimes I don't sleep all night feel ally really rat sh.... The next day so hope you get a good night in,Draco.Cheers t everyone

My vagueness today ended up giving me more exercise. Yay. I forgot my blood test form. So lucky with this new surgery that has opened up. I have got doc, chemist and pathology around the corner with the supermarket. So off I toddle with my jeep to fill again and to do the walk again. Repetitions? I did 10 of my physios new chin tucks more to do with the rubber band when I get home, and I plan to clean out the window ledges in 2 small bedrooms. reps and mantras seem to be the way.

Hello everyone have been walking around shops in Albury got some end of season bargains.sandals and good top. Love fossicking around in Salvos and Vinnies. Have been sleepig poorly and flaking earlythenawake in early hours do some exercises then and practise some Calm meditation . Good to catch up.with how you are all doing. Keep well and keep trying.

Hi all back home again with a painful pulled chest muscle on left side. No gym for me till it heals.I helped drag a big fallen gum tree limb off thr road a week ago.Still hurts a lot to breathe,cough, blow nose or use left arm. At least I can still walk and play table tennis. Hope you are all feeling good and doing some exercise.Re Moongal, Shaz51, Mazarita,
