Hi @Polly48, it's good to hear how much you are doing! I'm struggling to do much exercise at the moment. I did get out for a walk today for about half an hour and hope to get out on the beach again tomorrow.
Hope everyone else is going okay.

@Shaz51 - my condolences for the loss of your father in law. So sorry to hear your sad news.
@everyone. I have been off the planet with a medication change since beginngn of February - it got very hairy scary. Coming back down to earth now. Have not had the wherewithall to do anything re exercise except a gentle walk with doggit every couple of days, at least I kept moving.
Had to stop swimming and resistance weights as my bursistis in shoulders started to ping again, at tleast I stopped early without it becoming a major flare up.
anyways - I am taking everything very gently bentley and have watched all 5 seasons of Downton Abbey in the down time. ❤️
Hoping to add in some more walking now the brain has gone clunck and meshed gears with the new medication now.

A few weeks ago I had a session with a physiotherapist, the first in many years.
I have 2 new exercises ..10 reps each .. the movement they require is tiny .. to engage and develop small muscles at the back of the neck. I think they are helping.
