Hi all, how are you all going today?
I hope all is well...
I'm in a questioning and doubting type of mood... questioning and doubting my choices and my lifestyle 🤐
Really just wanting what's best for myself and everyone in my life... + was thinking about starting a thread called-how to be a good family member, friend, patient and community member.

I think questioning and doubting are 2 things many of us here do @eudemonism - some days more so than others. I am having a better day but I know how quickly that can change - one step in front of the other is what I am doing presently and it is working for me. We all need to find what works and try to hold onto that.

I am not too bad. @eudemonism
I agree with @Zoe7
with the extra proviso that we are after all .... homosapiens ... so the questioning and thinking bit is definitive. The doubts need to be managed. SOme may be good and keeping you alive and others may not.
