Hi I was just reading a new members experience and they referred to their self harming a fair bit. I am feeling a bit triggered. I haven't self harmed for some years but I feel like it would be easy to slip back there. I am going through a lot of past issues right now as I am beginning trauma therapy with my psych. I don't have very high self esteem which isn't helpful as far as self harm goes. Anyone feel up to a chat? @BPDSurvivor

I tried ringing for support but can't get through right now! Hopefully they will call back soon.

Hi @Oaktree !
I'm certainly up for a chat!
I feel it so important to support each other, particularly when things are tough. A sense of belonging and connection goes a long way in terms of recovery.
What's happening on your side of the world which you'd like to chat about? Anything in particular?

Hi @Oaktree,
Sorry to hear you're having a hard night after feeling triggered here. I'm glad you are being proactive and looking after yourself.
Have you tried calling a crisis helpline like Suicide Call Back Service (1300 659 467) or Lifeline (13 11 14)? I encourage you to reach out to them tonight.
Here with you,
Sphinxly

@Former-Member
Just talked to the out of hours team and they suggested a few different distractions to help out. Thank you for your response.
