Hey @esprit,
I have mental fog from different MI and it can be really difficult, especially at work. I find I keep a lot of lists, post-its (analogue and digital) and set reminders on my calendar and phone to help keep me organised. I also make a lot of notes at meetings.
The problem has been so bad this year that I have been telling colleagues that my memory is terrible and asking them to remind me of things too. It is a bit embarrassing but I hate to seem like I am slacking off or not doing my job. I make a bit of a joke about age and no one has said anything.
Hopefully you will come up with a system that works for you.
