Good morning ladies- I slept a little better last night (aided by over medicating) but I'm wrecked with this lack of sleep lately, and yesterday was a difficult day, so I needed help to turn the taps off.

Looks likely for me an admission to hospital later today. My mh case manager has subtlety been suggesting it for a few weeks now, as my risk is increasing. If I don't go, it will be forced on me. I'll then go to mh respite on Friday for about a week. Just wanted to let a few of you know as my time here may decrease sharply.
