I'm heading out of forumland early tonight. I really need a little distance from here for the time being - no real drama at present - just feeling totally drained and don't have the energy to support anyone or ask for it myself. So I think it's best I'm on my own - but I will promise to come back on if I can feel everything getting too out of control and/or I am heading towards not feeling/being safe.

Awwwww, it looks like I missed @Zoe7. Oh well, I know she is here even when she isn't (and sometimes not here even when she is ).

Super gigantic big thank you for last night @Faith-and-Hope and also for starting the conversation about the muddle here in Forum Land. I am feeling a thousand times more settled now after being able to talk it through at least a little bit with someone from the HC and also seeing steps being taken here in Forum Land to work through the muddle. Forum Land is SO important to me, and to so many others. I so badly want it to stay a super safe and suppportive place. 

These past few days have been SO HARD and things did get very very dire on Thursday night - far more dire than they needed to have. The fallout of this for my own muddled brain is going to continue for quite some time.  However, if it ultimately results in the continued improvement and growth of Forum Land, then it will have been worth it. Changing the world is HARD!!!!

Can't settle. Tried staying off forum and away from tv to avoid any triggers but it hasn't helped. Just breathing now and trying to stay safe. If I could sleep - it would help! Want to take something to help but know I may not stop - so tired, huge headache and aching everywhere! I know sleep would help!
