Going okay @eth I am way behind all the work I need to get done but have had some time off today and feel much better at getting back to it tonight.

Thanks for your beautiful long rave message. Great to hear about your poem writing and especially how brave you are to write "about how my brain works with bipolar influencing my ability to write". That is absolutely awesome.
All this instability with border closing etc makes it very difficult to plan and when we look forward to visiting parents for their birthday days or having time with our brothers or sister it's not good for all our collective mental wellbeing. Take care of yourself and keep doing what you are doing because you are amazing. I have found it important to mindfulness try to keep myself stable, with all this external instability taking place, by focusing on the small things like a good walk or my morning coffee ☕️ which I will enjoy very soon. Take care and have an awesome day.
PS Things have been pretty crazy for us locked up in the covid normal in a small apartment together but nothing too bad which doesn't go away after a good sleep.
