Hello @Former-Member
I have realised that I responded to you on this thread stating that I was not aware of it...
I can't believe it...
I used to write on this thread for quite some time back in the days when it was Mazarita, Eth, Exoplanet and appleblossom possibly outlander..
So please just excuse my trying to explain how the forums work and any other introduction that I tried to offer..
I have not had a proper night's sleep for 1-2 weeks now...
circumstances and medication tweaks..
Nice to have met you anyway and all the best.
Sorry again for the confusion
Sophia

Totally fine!!!!
Ive gotten a bit muddled up with names etc & i have been sleeping good lately.
Lack of sleep is the worst! I had that + change of meds after my move. I was soooooo emotional & all over the shop.
Hope tonight is a bit better
People just invite me in so i go with the flow lol

Ive watched movies about people that were so pos & had the greatest families with cancer, did everything possible to conquer it but still died.
Sometimes its just fate i think . i just think acceptance & support is way kinder.
Most people are seriously trying their hardest with all they know. I know i certainly was & still people kept hitting me when i was down.
Well im glad he tells jokes
Just wish they never knew i had an mi cause now they judge me a certain way. Its very immature actually
Theres a couple of people that go there with chronic physical pain too & they go there for an hr relief not to hear that some relative one day decided it was all over & got up & walked away from it.

Hey @Shaz51 I didn't get time for the feast tonight as I was leading youth group, 37 kids on a windy night .... chaos!
@Zoe7 your PD sounds really relevant for your school kids. It's really great you are so informed about mental health.
My DBT psychologists think DBT skills should be tought to kids at school.

I agree with your DBT psych @Angels333 DBT skills would be great to be taught in schools - a modified version that is age specific would help across all grades.

@Zoe7 @Mazarita @Angels333 @Former-Member @Sophia1 @eth and all the long ravers :). Been awhile since I have posted on the thread just because I have been so tired and busy that I could only keep up with the good morning thread and even that was sporadically. Just wanted to wish everyone a wonderful Sunday. Especially @Mazarita who I have been missing greatly lately. I hope you are well and life is treating you kindly. love peaxxxxx
