Good morning @Mazarita @Faith-and-Hope @greenpea @Exoplanet @The-red-centaur and anyone else passing by here this morning. Still waking up here and it's a clear and cold morning with sunshine and currawongs.
Will go and catch up on overnight posts now.
Hope today is off to a good start for everyone.

I'd just like to apologize to everyone that I haven't been able to respond more directly to people's posts lately. Partly coz I've had so much happening IRL and partly coz I've missed the times when others were posting. Notifications are still coming through all out of order and sometimes seriously delayed.

@eth 2 degrees here! That is freezing for where I live. Haven't ventured outside yet but will later as the day goes on as the sky is clear blue and it looks like a glorious day ahead. I hope you and everyone on the forums have a wonderful day and that their cares and worries dissipate as the day goes on. xxx

Hi @greenpea sounds like we're both getting the best of winter weather even if cold, it's clear and sunny here too. The currawongs and maggies are going mad here. Hope you have a great day too.

Hey @greenpea SNAP! Even tho' it's been fantastic news this last week, I went straight into high anxiety about getting it all right putting my plan into action. Can't call it fun yet, tho' I had a fire last night in the veggie garden and my mantra while doing it was "out with the old, in with the new". It all seems to matter so much and I wish I was just looking forward to all the changes coming, but I'm just not good at lots of change.
Hope you enjoy getting out for your walk today. Do you have anything else planned?

HHi @outlander good to hear you found a car you like. What an adventure you had to get it. Well done! Hopefully the problems you've had with it are solved quickly and not too expensively. Hope you can get through the lunch today with calm and strength.
My day will just be more research relating to putting my NDIS plan into action and getting on the exercise bike after the maggies go elsewhere (I hope). They are bombing the dog and flying quite close to me every time I go out for a ciggie.

Hello @outlander
Yay for the car & having someone who can give you mechanical advice 🙂 Hugs to help you through the full-on family dinner Glad your getting movement back in your hand 🙂
Sending vibes of clarity to help you through your research today @eth. Have you tried wearing a brightly coloured hat or a bike helmet for the mapies? I've seen people use zip ties, so the ends just sit straight up, on hats & bike helmets, to deter them. I tend to just hold a good lengthed branch over one shoulder, so that the end sits up above my head. An umbrella might help put them off too?
Plans for today. I took the farm cars wheels off yesterday, so I can take them into the servo & pump them up, so I can use it to collect some more branches to break for the fire. I'll be heading to the next town over & getting my weekly dvds {& maybe some take-away treat for dinner?} & the young lad is coming to continue with the posts this afternoon . . . phew . . . what a day . . . better not think too much about too much 😉
Oh & I'll get a walk with the dogs in there somewhere 🙂
