Thank you @eth
I can believe the warm and kind beautiful support from you all.....It feels tingly as I write up all my notes ....... but when I went away.....its not that I forgot it but I thought I needed emptiness ........
I just spent a long time helping Mr Buddha find his new gold waistcoat so he can get dressed up and lie in the loungeroom...........
He was very anxious until he found it........
I am very lucky because he really loves me and tries and tries so hard to keep me calm and happy ..........
Is this the emptiness I think I might have needed? Hmm.
I went away east to visit my brothers and their attitudes towards me were very nice and happy but it was very very good to be home.
@eth I enjoyed reading your message.......thank you for the heads up on my study......I think I might pass ......just a 55% will do for me.......I've got a bit of catching up too @eth .......
smile and care to you x

Good early morning, @greenpea, if you are still around...
I will be going back to bed soon, but if you are here now, we could chat for a little while. That's if you've not already set out on your morning walk, though it sounds like it's rainy there, so maybe you won't be going today...

Good morning Mazy @Mazarita I was sticking my head out the verandah doors and oooming and ahhhing as to whether to brave it or not. @outlander has given me a whole of of exercises that I can do at home which I will do today (at least some of them).

@greenpea, I skimmed your chat with @outlander and saw something about star jumps. I think I'd break the concrete flooring if I did that, lol. Seriously though, it's great that you have some ideas for letting off steam when it's an indoors day.

@Mazarita Well @outlander is a youngan so she can do her star jumps as I know for a fact that this lil brown mouse won't be doing any . What have you got on today? If it is raining here I am officially going back to bed with a hot water bottle for the rest of the day lol.

I have art group today, @greenpea. Not sure yet what I might do aside from that. It's not raining here but very chilly just as first light as starting to peek over the horizon.

@Mazarita It is pitch black here even our chorus of Mazy fruit bats are quiet today from all the rain. Art group sounds good. What kinds of things to you do at art group? Have you got a main project that you are working on?

Art group is a bit like a child's art group, we can do anything we feel like, but if there's a facilitator there she often focusses us on a set activity (with no obligation to do it). A lot of times I just do colouring in. But it's really nice to do that (or any other art-like activity) with other people who understand MI from first hand experience. @greenpea
No bird song here yet, it really is closer to dark than light here, but I can see the first signs of light in the sky.
