Complex Illnesses

Hello everyone,

I have had a rough week this week. I have been struggling with psychosis, hallucinations and eating disorders. On top of that Autism, ADHD, Bipolar, Borderline Personality, Schizophrenia and Complex PTSD.

So many overwhelming factors alot of them.

What to do with overwhelming factors.

Tips

1-be aware of situations.

2-when your unwell see your doctor twice a week.

3-make sure you are aware of your symptoms.

4-be aware about medication.

5-stay away from toxic situations.

6-have therapists, psychiatrist and psychologist on call.

7-make a list of the symptoms from the mental illness.

8-remember to do things for yourself.

9-do things that will help you feel better.

So these are the points I wished I followed. Also this is to help prepare for emergency situations with mental health situations.

Or you can help you and your family, doctor and other specialists. It's up to you! Look after yourself!
