Or Cranberry tea @Shaz51,
Herbal tea is one thing doc has told me I can have as a treat between meals.
Not sure I consider herbal tea a treat lol but better than nothing, and this one is not too bad.

Re: self care -- Food, Salt , Sugar , Water
Yes I can feel my reflux just thinking about salami @Shaz51 as nice as it is.
I have been having tinned Tuner/ salmon (alternating between the 2) with baby green leaves (get it in a bag at woollies) and mushrooms for lunch as a suggestion from my Dr, that has actually been nicer and easier to stomach than I anticipated and my reflux has eased.
That and bacon and eggs for breakfast with fried mushies (Also a suggestion from doc).
Dinner is meat and steamed veg as usual, we are pretty boring in that regard.

You can get dried cranberries too @Shaz51
Having a chicken stir fry here - using the "rainbow" stir fry mix from woolies and some chicken with a shake or two of chinese rice wine vinegar and salt reduced soy thrown in for good measure, will serve with rice.

Re: self care -- Food, Salt , Sugar , Water
Sounds nice @Former-Member, I did a stir fry like that only with pork on Monday night, turned out better than I expected.
I was going to use fish but there was not anything at the deli that looked overly appetising.
Home made sausage rolls, that's something I have not done for a while @Shaz51, used to be a standard Sunday night thing for us until everyone (except me) got sick of it.
