I find having a cup of green tea

Went to some carer education and they talked about holistic wellness using CHIME.

C = connectedness (good relationships, can be on line)
H = hope (optimism, possibilities)
I = identity (positive sense of self)
M = meaning in life (spirituality, purpose)
E = empowerment (having control, focusing on strengths)

I enjoy playing music (organ)

No good at it but good enough to amuse myself.
