I've also found that i don't trust myself.
I don't trust myself to make decisions.
I FEAR decisions . . . Even the most simplest of decisions.
This is a new experience for me due to recent trauma.

Keeping a gratitude diary has been very helpful for me. I write three things that have happened during the day that I've been grateful for. Sometimes I can only think of one thing but it doesn't have to be a big thing. Even just enjoying a shower, a cup of tea could be what I write. I don't like diaries and fear someone would read it if I 'got hit by a bus tomorrow' for eg. Seems silly but I'd hate for someone to read my diary and think I was an enormously miserable person. Yes I have depression but that is not the 'sum' of me.

Hi @Shaz51, I'm glad to hear that your husband has worked out that his meds help him and it sounds like you agree that they are helpful for him.
Thanks @AussieGirl
