Thanks @frog it can be hard to feel graitude when so many are suffering, but I think if you look hard enough you can find it somewhere... Self-care is something many of us have to consciously learn and prioritise.

Thanks so much everyone for coming along tonight! These types of events only work if people are willing to share and contribute, as you all have done so well. I am really privelaged to have been a part of it and have learned from you all.

Connection is really important and sometimes we forgot amongst the chaos. 

If you can connect with anyone or your family or pets it energises you. Whilst I don't have a pet I generally say hi and bye to the sales assistants at Coles and Woolworths. It's something small but it helps me feel connected with the community
