Yeah @NatureLover routines a great one isn't it. So simple but very grounding and helpful in times of chaos!

I guess along with the waves of devastation, there are waves of understanding and caring. I need to hold on to the fact that kindness will prevail. Something to never overlook.

It has been really good to hear from everyone tonight. Something from the beginning that struck me was a number of people expressed gratitude @Jupiter @Shaz51 @NatureLover .. It’s a reminder that I’d like to make a habit of gratitude in spite of how fraught things are atm. Also, I did a meditation recently on ‘May you know that you are worthy of care’ and I got a strong sense of that coming through tonight in terms of both self care and care for others. @Shaz51 you are such a caring soul. Self care is always a struggle for me due to 40 years of neglecting myself but little by litte...
